Description Manage acute illness and follow up on chronic ailments. —Manage the external referral process of the patients within the guidelines of the company insurance scheme. —Develop & implement medical policies, procedures & strategies. —Manage all the medical affairs in an efficient & effective manner. —Ensure accurate & timely preparation of annual budget. —Expand & enhance Sino-Tharwa Medical Network. —Handle pre-employment & periodic medical check up for the employees. —Manage the processing of medical claims & invoices for the employees & their dependents. —Establish new Employee Medical Records filing system for the employee. —Enhance the system for sick leave approval, in order to organize the employees attendance more accurately. —Conduct first aid training sessions.
Qualifications Bachelor degree in Medicine (Physician) 7-10 years Experience

Experience 6 - 9 Years.
