Description To administer communication plan in coordination with the concerned departments to include follow up of posting ads, newsletters, announcements, executive orders, etc on bulletin boards, e-mails,intranet and other various communication channels as per the set standards. To communicate HR policies and procedures with all relevant departments, obtaining required approvals, advice cycle etc and update on Human Relations Database. To communicate Human Relations various policies, procedures, programs, plans, etc to staff using multiple channels of information. Conduct period visits facilities (factories and office), conducting hearing sessions to staff complaints, wishes, concerns, queries etc, consolidating the same, preparing required reports for valid points of concern, referring the same to the Human Relations Supervisor for observation and to take appropriate action. Recognition To implement, co-ordinate and promote awarding system and programs to encourage a culture of high performance and reinforcing the company values. Administration To administer AL BORG various awarding costs to enable the ER Unit Head to have an accurate record of expenditure against budget
Qualifications Bachelor Degree HR Certificate / Diploma is preferred 1- 3 years relevant HR experience Presentation skills (excellent) Software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Profile Al Borg Laboratories Since inception in 1991 Al Borg Laboratories have been recognized as the leader in Laboratory... services. We have served over 17 million patients and carried out 50 million laboratory tests through our extended network of branches all over Egypt. We provide a broad menu of 2000 routine and specialized tests that help predict, diagnose and monitor disease. These tests range from basic tests, such as glucose testing for diabetes, to the more complex molecular tests for hepatitis by (PCR) and on to the new highly specific tests for disputed paternity by (DNA). We are staffed with over 1400 employees, including 140 doctors utilizing state-of-the-art FDA certified automated equipment and reagents. No time or effort has been spared in the training process of all our personnel. Al Borg Continuous Education & Training Center which is located in the heart of Cairo is equipped with top-of-the-line audio visual equipment where medical and managerial training is custom-made and is provided in the form of structured lectures, role-play, interactive sessions, workshops and seminars. All of Al Borg employees annually receive and/or deliver training. In striving to meet our goal as the premier regional provider of Laboratory services, Al Borg is committed to implementing a quality system that allows us to provide consistent, high-quality and cost effective services, with an emphasis on excellence through continuous improvement. Bar coding & Bidirectional interfacing was introduced in 2003 which prevents human error when placing patient samples in equipment or clerical errors when printing patient results. Full electronic Autovalidation of results was developed in 2007 to validate quality implementation and verify each patient’s results. On the 18th of March 2010 the Swedish Board for Accreditation and Conformity Assessment“SWEDAC” announced that Al Borg laboratories are the first internationally accredited medical lab in Egypt (Clinical Chemistry at the Central lab in Cairo) .
