Description —To provide professional and knowledgeably service to retrain customers, direct and indirect while adhering to company policies and guidelines. —To ensure customer satisfaction while protecting the companys interest. —To work as an effective team member within the department and with other departments. —Provide service excellence, ensuring satisfaction of the customer or direct/indirect. —Exhibit effective teamwork by being supportive of peers and management decisions. —Perform work at expected productivity level verses Objective. —Adhere to daily work scheme to ensure overall Call Center productivity. —Perform work in manner does not give the customer any reason to leave. —Exercise independent initiative and judgments, within company guidelines to ensure customers satisfactions. —Communicate effectively with peers and management concerning escalated issues. —Communicate effectively and opportunities for improvement to management in daily work processes. —Respond to the available Queue —Follow up with participants within the time frame in regards to the initial phone calls/email request —Report trends of in accurate from particular runner to supervisor. —Act as supervisor during the supervisor absence. Allocate the tasks (if any) per agents, coordinate with them to achieve the daily business requirement. —Assistance of other divisions whenever needed.
Qualifications •Perfect English is a must as our clients are based in the states •Fresh Graduates, no experience needed •Maadi residence will be an advance •Communication Skills •Negotiation Skills
