Description External Auditors: Understands commercial implications of actions relating to productivity, recoverability, fee income and client service; recommends changes to planning for subsequent years to improve profitability; identifies opportunities for charging overruns; ensures jobs are fully completed by agreed deadlines unless renegotiated with the manager in advance; agrees time for each assignment in advance and is able to evaluate time spent in this context; maintains a credible and professional relationship with the client and staff at all levels; Assists with all aspects of the audit process, including planning, fieldwork and completion; Plans a job in its entirety including preparation for and running of the pre-planning meeting; drafting an audit strategy document to the client and being able to identify technical problems; Completes the audit file, including reviewing of work performed by assistants, preparing points for partner and attending partner review (as appropriate) and clearing points raised; Writes summary points for inclusion in reports and other relevant documents; Completes accounts preparation assignments with minimal supervision Obtains an understanding of the clients business and analyses client issues, reaching logical conclusions by applying theory to practice and appreciates the implication to potential audit issues
Qualifications B.A. in accounting, finance or any equivalent from a credible institute. Holding Professional Certificates (CPA,ACCA, ESAA) is HIGHLY PREFERABLE.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Candidates must be Fluent in English, Presentable, having Excellent Computer Skills and Previous Experience using Accounting Software is highly preferable, in addition to having the ability to work under pressure and being independent, reliable and self motivated.
