Description     —To develop and enhance best practices in ITSM, ISO standards, Quality Management, and IT Governance. —Establish an excellence center for the areas above on the NIC Sharepoint portal . —Lead ISO standards certification initiatives. —Review and assess ITSM, quality, ISO, IT governance practices and implementations and make recommendations to remedy any observed gaps. —Review and update related documentation in the areas above —Evaluate vendor proposals, write RFPs. —Provide input on technology procurement. — Provide technical and managerial support in the areas above. —Provide awareness sessions, workshops, and training, knowledge transfer to NIC personnel. —Respond to Director General and his assistants inquiries related to areas above —Evaluate strategic objectives —Provide assistance in managing department consultants —Provide assistance in managing department projects.
