Description Evaluate new technologies (POCs) to: Recommend new technology, enhance an existent system or solve technical problems and conduct presentation and demonstration to the team and to managers. Lead and involve a team of developers/testers. Be close to them and guide them to deliver high-quality work in terms of design, implementation and optimization and review their work. Assign development task modules to the team. Seek in personal development opportunities of each member of the team and suggest areas for improvement and recommended training. Align the business needs with technologies and recommend best practices to managers. Help project owners by reviewing bids, FRS and SOW documents and taking strategic decision. Ensure the full technical lifecycle of project: gathering business requirements, design, implement, testing and deal with different departments and partners. Help to reinforce security of applications and infrastructure by applying PKI best practices. Provide technical directions in all PKI topics. Responsible of the design/development plan/implementation of the IAM system and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Responsible of the design/development plan/implementation of the Strong (Multi-Factor) authentication system to NICHQ/NICWAN and NIC domains and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
Qualifications •Keeps managers well informed of status of development effort and serves as liaison between development staff and project manager.
