Qualifications *Reception Guests Chairman and give a good picture of the company *Follow the order and organization to take day-to-day personal appointments Chairman*Follow tourism companies and hotels and airlines to coordinate and book any special trip to the Prime *Overseeing the regulation of all concerts and conferences Mr. Chairman (internally and externally)*Supervision and follow-up on the design of greeting cards*Continue to update the list of public relations *Follow-up to register and update a list of telephone numbers of Mr. Chairman*Supervising read newspapers daily,weekly and monthly *Follow any obligations or personal subscriptions Mr.Chairman Cleaner and follow the needs of the chairmans office and follow up the work of periodic maintenance required for office furniture*Identifying the needs of office stationery,etc.
