Application Engineer jobs in Spain Description Prepare technical and competitive proposals for customers within deadline and respond to any technical clarifications. Where necessary, secure technically and commercially compliant quotations from sub vendors for equipment. Enter clean orders on all our factories for pumps, parts, valves, services, or orders for returned material. Own the clean order process and be responsible to hand over jobs to operations or to contract managers. Be proactive in querying customers on all quotations and proposals submitted. Follow up and follow through. Be proactive in solving problems, being customer service oriented, and dedicated to detail and getting things done correctly. Be familiar with all Goulds products and services, including Goulds USA, Goulds Korea, Goulds UK , ITT Saudi and have partial knowledge of all IP products. Be knowledgeable and gain expertise with required electronic tools. Attend or take all possible training that is made available. This can be classroom or through CBT (Computer Based Training) Be flexible to additional duties as been instructed by management. Record keeping by e-tools. Be responsible to maintain & update as needed orders / quotes database and installation list database
