Customer Care Representative Jobs in Egypt Description —Handle customers complaints received via different channels. —Direct contact with the concern Departments (Sales OR After sales) to ensure proper handling to the cases. —Follow- up with the customers till the case is handled. —Register all received cases with complete follow-up. —Send to each branch the cases received during the month with the complete follow-up. —Submit monthly reports showing the received complaints with the area that needs improvement. —Develop local service promotions developed by Agency. Analysis customer contact report and suggests implements necessary. —Promote the authorized workshop by keeping & monitoring the number of regular customers. —Ensure that customers who purchase new vehicles are introduced to the workshop & are encouraged to use it for warranty work & preventive maintenance. —Develop a vehicle information system to record the purchases & vehicle details of all models operating in the area of responsibility.
Customer Care Representative Jobs in Egypt Qualifications -Bachelor of Business Administration or any equivalent. -3 Years of experience in the same position. -A previous experience in the Automotive industry is most preferable. -Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Able to handle the hard complaints. -Excellent computer skills.
