A leading company in the field of Chemicals in Heliopolis is currently looking for An Overseas Purchasing Assistant with the below qualifications:
Female fresh graduates only
Unveiled
Fluent English
Heliopolis or nearby residents are preferred
Main Duties:
- Coordinate with The Export and the domestic sales Departments
- Source for new suppliers and new Items
- Assist in managing and following up overseas orders/ Shipments by Using the BL / Tracking
- Prepare weekly reports and summarize data for the Department
- Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties – Follow Up the Warehouse Charges and send Notifications Report with the minimum quantities on hand
- And more tasks according to the Skills and the Abilities of the applicant
Starting Salary: 1000 EGP
