Recruitment Specialist
Experience: Fresh graduates
Required Skills:Fluent English
Work Location: Helipolis
Working hrs: 9-5
Days off: 2 days Salary: negotiable
Gender: Female (only)
Job Description:
· Conduct initial interviews with different level of calibers in different aspects.
· Pooling candidates CVs and applications from recruitment resources and newspapers advertisement. Filtering them according to job required specifications
· Implement recruitment, testing and selection and job placement.
· Offering & informing terms of recruiting to the new applicant.
· Co-coordinating and scheduling appointments for applicants to be interviewed by the clients
· Conducting Initial interviews, Administering Skills, Checking references & background & evaluating applicants qualifications.
