Fresh Graduates Receptionist Jobs in Egypt Description - Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; and answering inquiries. - Informs the concerned employee by the arrival of the visitors immediately. - Directs visitors and guide them to the meeting room/office. - Ensures the appropriate image of the companys reception by keeping it clean and tidy. - Maintains the companys procedures and monitoring attendance log. - Reports any maintenance issues immediately to the direct manager, including furniture and equipment. - Assists in filtering C.Vs when required. - Assists in calling interview candidates when needed and schedule their interview. - Welcome interview candidates and offers the employment form to be filled. - Create a monthly interviews attendance status report. - Reports any violation to company policies and procedures to the direct manager. - Assists the Senior Administrator in reserving airline tickets and hotels. - Assist in catering and meeting preparations when needed. - Ensure the completeness of the department filing.
