Secretary Jobs in Egypt job Description     Perform all secretarial works requested by the Admin. Manager. Replace each of the Secretary to the admin.manager, the Receptionist, secretaries ” Librarian ” Archive organizer) during their annual or casual leaves. Perform the tasks requested when the Receptionist is on a leave - Answer telephone calls and take messages - Receive guests and inform the responsible lawyer - Receive correspondences and record them. Responsible for the meeting room and scheduling meetings. Perform tasks requested when a secretary is on a leave - Send and receive client calls and transfer them to the responsible lawyer. - Send and receive e-mails, faxes and any other correspondences. - Record lawyers working hours. - Writing correspondences on the company letterhead. - Booking hotels, flights, both internally and externally for lawyers in case of travel. - Arranging for internal and external meetings and conference calls. Tasks requested when the librarian is on a leave - Provide lawyers with laws and books. Perform any other tasks requested within the job description.
