Marketing Coordinator Jobs in Egypt 2013 Description 1.Tracks product line sales, expense, and new business product. 2.Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data. 3.Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department. 4.Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, new product information; relaying customer services requests. 5.Researches competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases. 6.Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. 7.Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships. 8.Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, fliers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs. 9.Liaising with designers and printers and organizing photo shoots. 10.Arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials. 11.Maintaining and updating customer databases.
