Experience and Qualifications:
Functional level: The required “technical” skills, knowledge and expertise.
· Experience in SQL & PL/SQL Program Units
· Oracle Reports & BI XML Publisher
· Forms Personalization, Custom Library & Custom Forms under APPS
· Oracle Workflow, Alerts & AME
· OA Framework Extension & Building is a must
· OBIEE & APPS Analytics
· Fusion Middleware & SOA is a plus
· Solid understanding of basic Oracle application concepts and practices in terms of APPS development.
· Experience with implementation or advanced usage of ERP customizations
Business level: The skills, expertise and knowledge regarding the broader business.
Interpersonal level: Required people skills.
· Presentable, Communication skills, Problem solving
