Exp 2 yrs, real estate background, presentable, excellent communications skills ..
Package : 1500 – 3000 upon to exp
Nowadays we have a vacancy as PR & Events specialist at very big famous real estate company based on 5 statement with attractive offer, but they need male :) ... i need anyone presentable with 2-3 yrs in events, salary range, 2500 - 4000 ...
In fact we are hiring now CRM candidates (Males) for real estate company base in new Cairo, exp from 2-4 yrs, with very good package (2000-4000)
Here is the JD;
Job discretion
• 1- A CRM rep. routinely reviews the policies and procedures of the customer service and sales departments to improve their process
• 2- Resolve VIP customers complaints and answer and escalates serious issues to management.
3- Ensures all customers receive prompt service
4- Also responsible for ensuring all process is followed
5- Create and implement customers loyalty programs
Qualifications and Experience
• 1- Prior experience within the customer service field is also a must.
• Preferred X Vodafone
• 2- Analysis skills
• 3- Creative
• 4- Excellent in English and MS office specially Excel
• 5- Self motivated
