IT Jobs in Egypt Description -A solid understanding of the Windows operating and Networking systems administration; for example, configuration of mail systems, system installation and configuration, printing systems, fundamentals of security, installing third-party software, configuring clients in a network. -A solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts; understands principles of routing, client/server programming, and the design of consistent network-wide file system layouts and VoIP networks and management. Sound technical knowledge and background of computers, in particular those technologies to be found in international companies. —Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes. —Installing and upgrading the database server and application tools. —Answering technical queries and assisting users. —Installing and configuring new hardware and software. —Adding, removing, or updating user account information, resetting passwords,etc. —Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running. —Troubleshooting any reported problems. —Performing backups. —Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.

Complex Problem Solving: identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. * A minimum of 4-6 years experience in a similar capacity will be an advantage. * A University Degree in Computer Science or a related field. * MCSE / CCNA will be an added advantage. * Factory experience in IT Operation will be an advantage * Fluent English
