Description — Plans, organizes, and administers the prescribed curriculum to staff. Conducting corporate training programs in the areas of Communication, Team Building, Time Management, Leadership etc. — Identify ‘core competencies– of workforce with training director. — Keeping training materials up to date. — Organizing the using of training materials in company. — Identifying training and development needs within an organization. — Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organizations and the individuals needs. — Working in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization. — Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment. — Organize training plan approved. — Evaluating training and development programs. — Communicate career development to all employees. — Check competency of each employee as requirements. — Identify development plan for each employee. — Appraisal competency of employee periodically. — Develop testing and evaluation procedures. — Considering the costs of planned programs and keeping within budgets.
Qualifications *BA.or BSc. in any discipline. *HR Courses or diploma is an advantage. *2-4 years of experience in the similar position
