Accountant Jobs in Egypt 2013 Description Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures. Providing consolidation requirements on the SAP (If available) Book keeping: Daily invoice recording, cash journal and bank transactions. Fixed asset accounting :Fixed asset registry. Payroll accounting/ payables (if available) General Ledger and Financial Tables: Preparing Financial Statements (balance sheet and profit/loss / cash flow statement.) Tax and Social Security Fillings and payments: (If Available) Cost Accounting: Allocation of operational expenses according to the cost centres and elements. Budget: Consolidating yearly expense budget with coordination of other departments. Internal Controlling. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures. Payments and invoicing: Issuing / collecting customer invoices and preparing vendor payments . Analyze and identify customers / vendors overdue amounts. Reconciliations with banks / vendors / customers for the account balances and the invoices. Internal / external audit: Assists audit team and provides information and documentation.
