Admin. Assistant Jobs in Egypt Description o Assists the HRM in maintaining the filing system. o Assists the HRM in organizing and maintaining the office store. o Assists the HRM in monitoring, arranging a monthly report and ordering kitchen supplies. o Assists the HRM in monitoring and ordering stationery supplies. o Assists the HRM in monitoring office equipments and arranging maintenance calls accordingly. o Assisting in projects such as office modification (arranges purchase order and quotation). o Assisting HRM with but not limited to photocopying, faxing, filling, mailing, typing, and binding. o Assisting the General Manager in handling all GM travelling arrangements. o Perform general duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, and filling.
