Jobs in Egypt and careers in Bavarian Description 1- Establish preventive maintenance checklist from equipment catalogue for all factory equipment. 2- Plan, Schedule and Implement condition monitoring techniques and preventive maintenance procedures 3- Emergency troubleshooting and repairs, and Provide accurate repair estimates 4- Accurately diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective action and maintain the failure analysis database. 5- spare parts ordering procedures considering inventory of necessary failed components. 6- Implement continuous improvement techniques. 7 - Train and communicate Lessons Learned to the reporting staff. 8 - Fully aware of international standards related to Integrated Management System (ISO/TS 16949:2002,ISO14001:2004, ISO 18001:1999,and BAMC procedures and regulations) in his concerned area.

Mechatronic or Electromechanical Engineering. -3-5 years of engineering maintenance experience in an industrial plant environment as an automation engineer. -Strong computer skills hardware and software, familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheets and data plot programs. -Strong background in automation electrical control, three phase electrical power network, motor control systems, pneumatic, Strong background in programming and troubleshooting PLC-type control systems preferably(siemens step-7 PLC) , ability to read and interpret electrical engineer drawings. -Ability to lead technicians team
