A Multinational Telecommunication Company is seeking interested calibers in INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTER AGENT position, below are the details:
“IRISH ACCOUNT “
REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduates
-At least 1 year experience In international call center like ( xbox, expedia, and samsung)
-FLUENT English is a MUST
-Billing & Technical background (GSM & Mobiles software)
-Customer service oriented
-Excellent communication skills, flexible, patient, active listener and problem solver
-Hard worker
Package:
-Net salary 2700 LE
-Medical and social insurance
-Limited mobile line
-Meal allowance within the premises
-Transportation (work place in 6th of October city)
-Working hours: 9 hours rotational shifts (last shift ends 10pm) and 2 days off rotational
