Customer Service Jobs in Egypt Description — The Candidate will handle all customer documentations, issuing sales orders, support all activities / requirements, as well as provides active daily customer support to Sales Executives and Sales Managers. — Complete necessary documentation regarding Letters of Credit (LC) and submit to banks WITHIN company policy and standard operating procedures WITH THE OBJECTIVE of ensuring on time delivery of shipments to customers and receiving payments. — Prepare the shipping documents for all payment terms except LC & Chemicals shipments and submit to banks within the company policy and standard operating procedures with the objective of ensuring on time delivery of documents to customers and receiving payments. — Manage the flow of company products between HQ and customers to meet customers needs and requirements. — Ensure the quality and efficiency of sales related documentation processes for the company within the company policies and international export trade standards/laws export laws.
Customer Service Jobs in Egypt Qualifications • University degree: BA Bachelor Degree (Accounting, Economics & Business Administration, and finance). • 3 - 5 year related work experience • Specific Knowledge: English language, Computer skills, communication skills.
