Customer Service Representative Jobs in Egypt 2013 Description 1) Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints. 2) Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. 3) Resolve customers service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills. 4) Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems. 5) Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments. 6) Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.

Profile Kandil Glass was established in 2005 with the purpose of manufacturing glass containers. Kandil Glass is currently supplying and servicing the local and export markets with high quality bottles and food jars. The current facility is a 60 tons/day with three machines/lines. Two double gob four section and one single gob four section machines mainly producing and catering the food jar, olive oil, juices and carbonated soft drinks to the local, Middle East and international markets. The Factory is having a current capacity of 22000 tons of glass per annum. Phase two expansion is now completed to start commercially by June 2013 to reach a combined yearly capacity of 140,000 tons Kandil Glass customer portfolio exceeds 120 local and 22 export valued customers. Kandil core local customer base includes multinational companies such as Heinz, Unilever, Schweppes and market leader companies such as Faragalla, Best, Enjoy, Halwani, Isis and Americana. Kandil major markets are Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, Spain and USA. The plant is located in the 10th of Ramadan city and positioned as near to all major ports in Egypt.
