Electrical Maintenance Section Head Jobs in Egypt Description 1- Establish preventive maintenance checklist from equipment catalogue for all factory equipment. 2- Plan, Schedule and Implement condition monitoring techniques and preventive maintenance procedures. 3- Emergency troubleshooting and repairs, and Provide accurate repair estimates. 4- Accurately diagnose root causes of equipment failures and implement effective corrective action and maintain the failure analysis database. 5- spare parts ordering procedures considering inventory of necessary failed components. 6- Implement continuous improvement techniques. 7 - Train and communicate Lessons Learned to the reporting staff.
Electrical Maintenance Section Head Jobs in Egypt Qualifications - B.Sc. Electrical Engineering. - 5-7 years of engineering maintenance experience in industrial plant environment at least three years in car assembly plants as a Section Head. - Strong computer skills, Familiarity with common word processing, Spreadsheets and data plot programs. - Strong background in three phase electrical power MV and low voltage, network, welding systems, pneumatic, Strong background in troubleshooting PLC-type control systems, ability to read and interpret electrical engineering drawing. - Excellent written and verbal communications skills and facilitator skills, interaction with crafts and operators. - Excellent leadership and management skills.
