High charisma Training Academy seeking for active secretary to join our team
Secretary will handle the following responsibilities:

· prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
· organize meetings, conferences arrangements

· Do office work such as:
Collect information , handle incoming mails / calls and other material, set up and maintain filing systems, arrange and confirm appointments, maintain database…….…..etc
· implement and maintain office systems
· maintain schedules and calendars
· liaison with internal and external contacts
· coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally

General Skills
Language: English Very good Reading , writing and good speaking.
Computer Skills: Word , Excel , Powerpoint , Internet usage Emails , facebook and navigate websites

- have bachelor degree or similar

- Deal with much kind of problems
- Time management
- Customer service orientation, initiative, reliability, stress tolerance
- Coordination

Experience: starting from 0 years is ok
