Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Recruit staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates

- Assess, sieve, and interview candidates for available positions; and make referrals of well-qualified and skillful applicants

- Review and approve classification audits; develop specialized wage and salary surveys and advises management on salaries for new hires, promotions and reclassification.
