IT Specialist Jobs in Egypt Description     - Provides technical assistance to users and oversees a help desk for users , optimizing customer service during the shift. - Operates and maintains the IT environment that contains and not limited to ( Active directory , Exchange , Backup ...etc ) during shift. - Support other IT members / teams if necessary. - Repair of hardware and software packages. - Responsible for the entire IT installation during the shift. - Address problems and forward suggestion for changes to IT Managers. - Maintain inventory and SW licenses related to the IT Managers. - Monitor the network during shift to ensure performance and protect against security risks.
IT Specialist Jobs in Egypt Qualifications    - University degree in Engineering – Communication section or computer science degree or related discipline. - The candidate must be Microsoft & CCNA CISCO certified. - Requires at least 1 year of experience in Ms Exchange; Ms ISA; Ms Windows 2003;hardware and software support. - Good knowledge with Sun Solaris 10 systems. - Familiarization with applications software to support operation Systems. - Ability to work on a shift bases – 12 hours. - Must have valid car license - Ability to work under pressure and solve problems as an IT shift duty.
