Description     — Drive the procurement process for all manufacturing components and raw materials. — Lead internal and external supplier relationships for manufacturing site, with internal and external stakeholders to assure supply. — Understand pharmaceutical operations requirements. Work directly with Supply Chain and different manufacturing site functions. — Manage the component supplier selection process including strategy, market analysis, source selection, and contract negotiations — Follow up with all suppliers for improvements. — Review and amend the PVL list ( preferred vendor list)
Qualifications    • Bachelor degree in engineering, pharmaceutics, biology, chemistry, or business Experience: 3+ years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations or operations support with specific experience in Procurement and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management). • Proven ability to influence business decisions (both in and outside Lilly) level • Negotiation skills and supply Chain Relationship. • Previous experience with BPCS system • Previous experience with Manufacturing site standards , Material Requirements Planning

Other Skills    • Previous Procurement experience preferred. • Previous direct negotiation experience strongly preferred • Previous experience as Operational Standards for Supply Chain Excellence preferred. • Excellent technical knowledge; • Project teams, when necessary; • Ability for problem identification and problem- solving • Good knowledge of finance process
