Technical Support Specialist Jobs in Egypt Description 1.Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. 2.Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. 3.Monitor and maintain network devices including switches, routers and firewalls. 4.Troubleshoot system and network problems as well as diagnose and solve hardware/software faults. 5.Set up new users accounts and profiles and deal with password issues. 6.Assist in the roll-out of new applications. 7.Perform scheduled maintenance upgrades. 8.Perform other related duties as assigned.
