Trainer Jobs in Egypt Description o Partner with and coordinate with Minyas Governor and the Ministry of State for Local Development and the Ministry of Social Solidarity o Improve the skills of the administrative system in the governorate to be able to provide effective services for citizens as well as CDAs and NGOs o Conduct a needs assessment survey on the requirements of local CDAs and NGOs o Raise the capacity and improve the skills of the local CDAs and NGOs chosen through a developed curriculum to be placed by the trainer and approved by IRE o Increase effective cooperation between civil society organizations and the private sector to contribute to the achievement of sustainable development o Implement and deliver the training programs, workshops, awareness seminars, and technical consultation to the local CDAs and NGOs o Follow up with trainees and provide support and advice to ensure the application of skills and knowledge acquired through training o Documenting project goals, challenges, successes, and lessons learnt through writing case studies, progress reports, and semi annual reports
Trainer Jobs in Egypt Qualifications University degree or its equivalent in management, social science, international development, public administration, or a related field. • Relevant experience in project development.
