Transportation Specialist Jobs in Egypt Description Monitors drivers routes and also deals with other companys departments queries and complaints Maintains economical and efficient transportation service for the company, including the rating and routing of inbound and outbound shipments where the company bears the costs of transportation Ensures that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner Supervise vehicle maintenance schedules and records as required by contracts and regulations (i.e., accident reporting and vehicle inspections) Provides ongoing supervision, communication, and positive interactions with drivers Timely coordination/scheduling of pick-up and deliveries to/from factories, suppliers, customers, employees‡etc. Report any issues or concerns immediately with to his manager in case of any emergency Providing guidance to other team members and staff as well Ensuring that the supply and chain objectives set by the company are met properly Mentoring abilities towards the subordinates in all the departments
