Description - Design, implement, direct annual citrus sales plans - Build local, regional and international business corporate relationships in order to enhance sales targets - Promote OUDs agricultural products in local and international markets - Assist in sales force recruitment process - Oversee regional and local sales managers and their staffs. - - Assist and recommend client-related, sales recommendations and sales technical point of views regarding marketing campaigns - Set quarter and annual sales force targets, Review sales progress and achievements and take necessary decisive decisions regarding any deviations.
Qualifications - Outstanding positive attitude and spirit - Enthusiastic personality in order to excite the working groups around him / her and make them feel excited about organizational goals and individual objectives as well as what they are doing. - - Marketing, negotiation and advisory skills, for the development of new business opportunities and the building of a client base - Technical and analytical skills with the ability to explain findings clearly to all organizational levels [Top management, Middle Management, Seniors & Juniors] - The ability to work on His / Her own initiative and as part of a team; - Exceptional Citrus industry Awareness - Excellent command of spoken & written English Language - Outstanding communication skills - 10 years of experience in sales field with at least 3 years in Agricultural Sales specifically
