Qualifications    1) Minimum Bachelor degree required 2) Minimum 4 years’ experience in Call Center Business; at least on of them as a Team Leader/ Supervisor position 3) Excellent knowledge of call center process and procedures 4) Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic 5) Very good leadership skills
