Description     Responsible for doing the reports and any analyses regarding the manpower. -Screen all the resumes and do the interviews in order to select the right candidates. -Fallow up all the hiring Procedures. -Fallow up the social insurance work and labor office. - Fallow up the Medical Insurance work. - In charge to do the payroll and compensations. - Investigations and Disciplinary Actions. - Dealing with the employment agencies. - Labor contracts and Data Enter. - preparing Evaluation & Development processes.
Qualifications    Bachelor in Business/ Management/ Law School, HR Diploma is a Must, experience not less than 3 years, experience in business law and social security, flexibility in working hours, hard worker and ready to work under pressure, leadership, and time management skills
