1- Capability and Engagement Manager – Code CE01
• Formulate department strategy and set annual action plan in collaboration with HR Manager and Top Management.
• Train and support Capability and Engagement team members towards achieving department objectives.
• Supervise succession planning processes in liaison with top management.
• Outline performance management objectives and instructions.
• Analyze the corporate internal communications and take appropriate actions to maintain healthy work environment.
• Supervise code of conduct preparation process in coordination with top management as per company strategies.
2- Commercial HR Manager – Code COD01
• Represent HR department in the commercial sector.
• Supervise the regional recruitment process as per company policy to maintain all-time complete organization structure.
• Coach team members in executing HR activities and achieving department objectives.
• Set and supervise the execution of regional HR action plans.
• Lead team members in regionally implementing training plans, performance appraisal, questionnaires, rewards and recognition and other OD activities.
The recommended candidates have to have:
• University degree (preferably in Business Administration)
• 3-5 years of experience in the field at least one of which in a managerial role
• Excellent English
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
