1- Recruitment Systems & Capability – Code REC01
• Participate with Recruitment Supervisor and HR Manager in setting and reinforcing recruitment processes and vocational tests.
• Participate in setting Employer Branding plan that ensures attracting the best calibers.
• Communicate and maintain positive business relationship with recruitment agencies and job fair organizers.
• Set, manage and promote recruitment call center.
2- Hiring Specialist – Code REC02
• Search for the best recruitment sources.
• Advertise corporate vacancies on different recruitment channels.
• Examine incoming call center employment requests, screen CVs and conduct phone and first interview for front line candidates.
• Participate in executing Employer Branding activities.
3- Training Specialist – Code CE02
• Perform TNA to specify the employee’s training needs as per performance appraisal result and line manager’s recommendation in liaison with Capability and Engagement Manager.
• Execute training programs in accordance with the training plan.
• Assist Safety Manager in setting and implementing safety training sessions.
• Lead and perform new hires orientation program as per the company policy.
4- Core Processes Specialist – Code CE03
• Set performance management system and illustrative handbook and presentation.
• Supervise performance management operations to ensure they are executed properly.
• Participate in setting and updating overall corporate objectives in collaboration with department heads and Capability and Engagement Manager.
• Set and implement succession planning system.
5- Internal Communication and CSR Specialist – Code CE04
• Set effective internal communication strategy.
• Responsible for designing and managing bullet-in boards and different media facilities content.
• Design rewards and recognition system and ensure that it is properly executed across all departments.
• Responsible for planning and budgeting for CSR activities.
6- Regional HR Specialist – Code COD02
• Represent and execute HR activities in the region.
• Implement recruitment activities as per recruitment policy.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Capability and System Specialist periodically for different jobs recommended candidates.
• Participate in Employer Branding activities in the region.
• Present job offers to front line accepted candidates.
• Conduct orientation program for the region new hires.
For all jobs, the recommended candidates have to have:
• University degree (preferably in Business Administration)
• 0-2 years of experience in the HR field
• Excellent English
