Description     1- Perform top level administrative duties in support of the CEO 2- Represent the CEOs office with professionalism and create a welcoming environment 3- Managing and maintaining CEO schedule by continually updating calendar to ensure it is up-to-date and accurate 4- Arranging meetings to maximize managers time efficiency, while balancing business and corporate priorities. 5- Handle all communications with confidentiality and accuracy, ensuring that messages are redirected appropriately and communications are tracked accordingly 6- Managing travel arrangements and expenses by making travel arrangements (e.g., airfare, hotel, rental car) 7- Completing daily administrative functions by developing and maintaining a filing system structure for easy access, storage, retention and housekeeping; purchasing equipment and supplies; receiving, screening, and directing visitors to avoid interruptions 8- Overseeing corporate events, meetings, and working sessions and results. 9- Review OEM contracts for completeness before presenting to CEO for signature. 10- Screen multiple requests for meetings with the CEO and utilize sound judgment in managing priorities of requests based on importance and urgency. 11- Prepare and submit CEOs expense reports.
Qualifications    Excellent command of both written and spoken English Bachelor degree in business administration or any related field must be graduated from a reputable University. 4 year Experience.
