Description Completely responsible for managing and growing VAS Revenues. Achieve the overall VAS Revenues for the Countries as well as streamwise revenue targets. Conceptualize, design and launch products in line with local market requirements. Grow revenues without increase in customer complaints and credits. Responsible for generating revenue across all verticals of SMS, Voice, WAP handling the entire life cycle from Acquisitions, Revenue Enhancement, Churn Management and Retention Identify / innovate, conceptualize, evaluate & launch new products. Enhanced value proposition & creation of new revenues streams for future. To track and analyze market trends and competition in order to come out with the relevant and appropriate products. Drive VAS across all channels Continual improvement in revenue generation Mandatory: Strong in Marketing and Business Development in VAS / Telecom domain. Prior experience managing multiple accounts in the area of telecom. Seasoned experience in independently handling accounts and client relationship. Should have good knowledge in Mobile Value Added Services (VAS). Ability to understand and anticipate customer expectations Ability to understand telecom products and explain the value to potential customers. Prior experience of solutions selling to mobile operators is an added advantage. Candidate from VAS, ISP and Telecom Industries would be preferred. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. A go-getter and a team player.
