Description     — Corresponding with different local and foreign suppliers to obtain the best offers possible. — Accumulating all offers sent and comparing them to come up with the best offer. — Preparing Memos informing different departments of the spare parts and raw materials shipments arrivals. The departments concerned are mainly the logistics, finance and warehouse. — Preparing and updating internal follow up forms. Follow up forms should indicate the path for different spare parts, raw material and equipments shipments. — Handling incoming and out going correspondences on a daily basis and distributing the mail to all concerned after having the approval of the Purchasing dire— Implement and maintain effective and accurate filing, tracing and follow up system to assure efficient follow up of all work aspect.
Qualifications    * Bachelor Degree. * 1 - 3 years of relevant experience. * Very good written and spoken English Language. * Very Good Computer Skills.
