Required for a Multinational Organization specialized in FMCG Industries located in 10th of Ramadan the mentioned below Vacancy:-
Junior Associate HR Manager
Main Responsibilities.
1- Responsible for maintaining Industrial Harmony/IR environment by effective liaising with external agencies like Unions, Govt. Officials etc.
2- Assists his functional superior with Inputs in Legal & labor matters & act accordingly for next course of action & if required update corporate HR.
3- Responsible for ensuring Optimum manpower plan (Temporary and Permanent Employees)
4- Facilitating new Comers with all basic requirements to initiate his functions, enrolling them to social Insurance scheme and Medical insurance.
5- Supervises activities related to adherence of statutory requirements, To Maintains cordial relations with Government Officials and state authorities like MOH, Governorate Authority ,Social Insurance office ,Labor authority and Industrial security
6- Overseeing all admin matters like Hotel Booking and company vehicles, Guest house Maintenance etc
7- Responsible for all Insurance related matters of factory, Cairo Office & Individuals
8- Ensure timely submission of bills for processing to accounts pertaining to Contract Labor, Security, and Microbus after Verification & approval.
9- Arranging NEW license as on required.
Job Requirements :
· . University Degree.
· . 8 Experience in The same field.
· . Working Knowledge in SAP is preferable.
· . Fluent in English
· . Excellent Inter-personnel and Negotiation skills
· . High ability of organizing, follow up and time Management
· . Able to work under pressure.
· . Problem solving & decision making ability
