Description     1-Processing and coordinating customers orders 2-Coordinate reports delivery and claims to suppliers 3-Maintaining proper filing systems such as inventory sheet and other records 4- Maintaining the customer database and updating it regularly 5-Provide administrative support to sales department 6-Coordinate and provide sales and marketing support to all sales personnel 7-Assist in the administration of advertising, promotions of products, exhibitions, seminars, corporate website and market research
Qualifications    At least 2 years working experience in similar capacity Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential Proficiency in ERP will be an added advantage Certificate in Business Administration will be an added advantage

Experience    1 - 2 Years.  
Other Skills    1- Problem Solving to solve problems related to Sales. 2- Analytical ability for analyzing business needs 3- Good presentation, communication & negotiation skills.
