Description —Coordinate for all IT infrastructure related support with respective vendors —Ensure uptime of connectivity of all locations in business unit —Troubleshooting of LAN/WAN connectivity. —1st level troubleshooting of computer hardware like desktops/ laptops/UPS. —1st level troubleshooting for MS office applications/ email/ other centralised applications connectivity —Manage lifecycle of IT assets from installation to disposal along with HO IT team —Carry out tasks related to IT infrastructure on directions of HO IT team —Procurement of certain assets/consumables related to location/business unit. —Manage users for IT infrastructure related issues —Ensure that users are able to connect to centralised applications like SAP, Portals without any issue. —Preparation of reports related to various KPIs of IT infrastructure
Qualifications A) Computer Science, or IT Engineering degree from an accredited university. B) 2 -4 years of Multinational experience in similar role.
