Description - Administer and oversee all domestic payroll processing and practices including, all payroll administration, employee related questions, retroactive pay, adjustments and bonuses as needed. - Introduce and implement best practice solutions to keep Payroll practices compliant and progressive including salary structure, management by objectives, KPIs,etc. - Maintains payroll files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. - Communicates with managers and employees on all benefits & payroll processing matters. - Reconciles Payroll, taxes, employee benefits, fringe and audits all Payroll functionality. - Maintains contract files and administer the contract renewal process. - Responsible for the completion of salary surveys, analysis and recommendation with respect to compensation planning. - Employee Benefits Administration includes communications with employees and Benefits providers, vendor management, preparing Benefits related correspondence to employees. - Manages and administers employee benefit programs such as medical, disability, life, employee assistance, wellness, retirement and other plans. - Evaluates and compares existing employee benefit plans, trends and utilization with those of other employers through use of market surveys, networks and summarizes and presents results to senior management team. - Analyzes benefits experience for cost-control and risk-assessment factors and assists with rate negotiations and the budget process.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. - Expert knowledge of payroll processing systems and salary structure concepts and methodology. - Demonstrates exceptional communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. - Highly motivated and able to work with tight deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. - Strong planning and organizing skills. - Self-motivated with strong leadership quality.
