Description Monitor and analyze and forecast sales and trends to determine what the company will sell and how much inventory is needed for the assigned suppliers. Represents the company at the assigned suppliers; in order to communicate purchase orders to achieve the companys sales targets while maintaining the agreed upon stock level. Issue the Purchase Orders to the assigned suppliers. Handling Purchasing Process from Purchase Requisition to Receiving by Warehouses. Revises the received order quantities and value to place another order if needed. Claims and collects all claims that may result from the process of sales (E, B damages and FU). Visits suppliers to focus on rare items availability, new items and new launches. Follows up on bonus items sales and stock. Ensure the availability of the suppliers bonus and discounts monthly scheme in IBN SINA Collects and reports all useful data from suppliers (Production shortage, Rare items quota, promotions ..). Suggests and follow-up items need to transfer between branches (Balancing Inventory). Fulfills all the branches needs (Special approvals, Goods) through Head Office sales employees. Achieves all suppliers sales targets.
Qualifications University Graduation. Bachelor degree Commercial — Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling pharmaceutical products

Other Skills Very good in computer skills (Office applications).
