Job Title: HR Supervisor
Job Description: Perform and Carry out general daily HR and admin operation duties. Perform requested compensation and benefits responsibilities. Manage and maintain personal records in accordance with the company procedures. Execute all recruitment procedures (hiring and exit interviewing, orientation, offer and contracts). Set and implement an effective performance appraisal. Carries out training system activates. Supervise and manger summer training programs. Plan and implement HR staff communication and entertainment activities.
Experience: 6-9 years in HR field
Job Title: HR Specialist
Job Description: Approval or reject on application program. Opening new accounts in the bank for the payroll. Responsible for issuing HR letter for the employees and for the loans as well. Responsible for incentive and rewards for the employees. Responsible for internal payroll for the staff. Prepare the contract for the new comers employee. Types of notifications. Follow up with the new IT and Admin departments on the new hire demands. Responsible for all trainings. Review data base CV.s and arrange interview for any requester.
Experience: 3-5 years in HR field
Job Title: HR Trainee
Job Description: Maintain and update the employee's files in a comprehensive way. Handel all employment procedures for new employees including preparation of employment contracts, enrolment in social insurance, briefing current and new staff about all personal issues.
Experience: 0- New graduate years
