Description Manage Digital Sales Team and work directly with the local sales teams to increase, maximize and meet the website annual budgets Responsible for aggressively pursuing digital media ad sales with interactive agencies, as well as directly with all relevant clients. Coordinate sales and service of all advertising schedules in our territory. Responsible for regularly reporting advertising sales revenue. Demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently internally and externally. o Manage Digital Sales Team and assist in the sales efforts of the sales staffs: On-going education of sales staffs about digital media sales opportunities and the most effective ways to use website to develop opportunistic revenue-generating programs Grow ad sales revenue and exceed revenue goals by prospecting for new clients Set territory sales agenda including, prioritizing and organizing sales calls based on maximum potential return Create unique sales properties and promotions, including contests and special advertising programs. o Effectively monitor and evaluate the local stations online inventory and pricing; On-going review and evaluation of local station online inventory
Qualifications To have minimum 3 years of experience in digital field He/She should: Demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently internally and externally.
