Description Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system. Be familiar with all hardware and software. Be familiar with network operating system. Provide individual training and support on request. Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access. Troubleshoot all technology issues. Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance. Install work stations. Connect and set up end point hardware. Load all required end point software. Input and maintain IP addresses from the pool dedicated to end points Measure, monitor and work to drive down incident levels that are related to Product and Customer problems. Ensure that the Help Desk actively participates in improving the usability and reliability of services. Identify and implement improvements to the Help Desk incident logging system in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers. Ensure that the Help Desk is fully using appropriate knowledge management tools and practices in order to provide a more effective and efficient service to customers. Contribute to the success of the business and assist in improving the overall customers experience within the team. Meet goals and KPIs as set by the IT Manager and IT Director. Any other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related degree •Excellent spoken and written English •Has good IT knowledge (Windows, Office, NTFS permeations, …) •Ability to work under pressure •Works well in a team and can work unsupervised when required •Experience in hardware, software maintenance and troubleshooting •Effective communication skill •CCNA certification is preferred. •Organized, hard worker and willing to learn and to share his knowledge with the team.
