Description Responsible for ensuring that the IT infrastructure (networking & communications, printing, and desk software management)is adequately administered and maintained in order to deliver Qanawats products and services to clients. Ultimately responsible for ensuring that delivery deadlines are met. Manage technical resources to ensure an efficient support of business and back office processes. Ensure Cairos office follows IT & Operations corporate strategy. Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team. Project Management: Manage the lifecycle of internal and external projects. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate assigned staff.
Qualifications 1.Relevant education qualification in Telecommunications. 2. 3-5 years experience handling both internal and external IT infrastructure and operations tasks in a project based environment. 3.Excellent English and Arabic speaking skills. 4.Ideally 3 years of proven track experience on managing successful project implementation in Technology environment. 5.Ideally 2 years of proven track experience on Mobile Telecom Services and experience and VAS platforms. 6. Experience managing the whole project life cycle using standards of Methodology. Prince2 or PMP certified is a strong plus. 7. Working knowledge of ITIL. 8. Excellent interpersonal skills to quickly build productive working relationships throughout the business 9. Ability to multi-task, strong organization, communication, prioritization and time management skills.
