Description The Developer is responsible for handling of MIS developing & support requests from our employees clients. This relates to all business applications, As an IT Help Desk Specialist, you will work alongside our seasoned Solution Specialists to support our clients via remote sessions. The position involves significant interaction with clients and coworkers in diagnosing problems and implementing corrective actions. This position will involve being on call for evenings and weekends work. Working directly to develop current STS applications — Providing IT Support relating to Microsofts core business applications — Communicating and analysis internal customers application requirement.
Qualifications Have a minimum of 2-3 years working full time developing applications • Two years working with SQL (2005/2008 Preferred) • java script experience. • Have successfully completed at least Microsoft certification .NET • Have an associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience. • Have strong interpersonal skills: such as telephony skills, verbal and written communication skills, active listening and customer-care . • Have organized and detail work habits . • Work efficiently and constantly within documented procedures . • Demonstrate a strong ability to analyzing customer requirement . • Show a positive attitude and ability to provide quality Customer Service . • Have strong typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details .
